Located in the picturesque Perthshire village of Crieff, Amanda Hamilton’s 5 star retreat (as seen on GMTV and UKTV) guides guests through a detox programme in the luxurious surroundings of Crieff Hydro. Designed to cleanse, detox and repair mind and body the retreats take each guest through a bespoke programme in the calming surrounds of Scotland’s finest countryside.

At the 5 day retreat, guests will be tended to by nutritionists, therapists and specialist practitioners in order to achieve the desired results. Combined with a tailored diet incorporating cleansing juices, super foods and supplements, the turbo detox delivers results fast with average weight loss at the retreats 7lb – 10lbs. The retreat’s experts will be on hand twice a day to meet with residents with complimentary actis available daily, including yoga for all levels, whilst continued support is available following the retreat to ensure long term results.
